Ingredients
Pure micronised creatine monohydrate powder: smaller particle size which is absorbed quicker and more effectively. 5 g of creatine monohydrate per serving (teaspoon). Benefits of creatine are only seen with intake >3 g and high intensity exercise.
Recommended Use
- Take 1 teaspoon early in the morning and before or after training.
- For creatine loading: for the first 5 days of use, take 1 teaspoon 4–5 times per day with 250 ml of your favourite protein/carbohydrate drink or grape juice.
- For creatine level maintenance: after 5 consecutive days of loading, take 1 teaspoon 1–2 times per day with 250 ml of your favourite protein/carbohydrate drink or grape juice.
- During loading and maintenance: take 1 of the servings before and/or after training.
